The service provider is entitled to the case he will handle as follows:
Upon accepting the offer, the client (the plaintiff) deposits the amount in the Justice application, which will act as an intermediary, and payments are made to the lawyer according to the completion of the case for each stage, a payment of the amount due is disbursed.
If the initial judgment is issued, the lawyer shall receive the case’s fees until the final judgment is issued, and about the judgments that follow the initial judgment. Whether there is an appeal or whether the case has gained peremptory character, the entire agreed amount will be disbursed about criminal cases, public cases or family cases, and others except for implementation cases.
Execution courts: the plaintiff or the case owner can appoint a lawyer as well as can assign the file of the financial claim. Whether it is through receipt vouchers, trust bonds, checks to the law firm or our consulting office, which in turn will take the procedures for submitting the implementation request until the amount owed by the plaintiff is collected. There will be financial fees for this service, according to the amount of the claim, and the type of case, and the plaintiff or the owner of the execution case will be contacted and informed of the case’s fees. If the plaintiff only wants to submit the required papers, he will follow up in the enforcement courts. This will be available at a different cost.

The case will be followed up by a team of specialists we have at Justice. They follow up on the case's procedures, and the extent to which the case is proceeding in the right way.
Case files will be stored confidentially in the client's account. The client will be able to upload any text documents, audio recordings, videos or images that may be useful in the case.
If the consultant finds any delay by the service provider, he will be notified twice, but at the third time, the case will be withdrawn from him and transferred to another service provider. The lawyer may be subject to a ban or warning by the application administration if it is proven that he did not comply with the terms and conditions on his part.
